November 8, Kathmandu. Deputy General Secretary of CPN Maoist Center Varshaman was re-elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Rolpa.
According to the counting of votes that ended on Wednesday evening, Pun bought 41 thousand 714 votes whereas his competitor Poorna Budhamgar of CPN-UML bought 16 thousand 485 votes.
Earlier, Maoists had been re-elected from Rolpa in 2074. Purna, who’s a candidate from UML, can be a former Maoist.
