November 6, Kathmandu. Nepali Congress candidate Bimal Thakuri has been elected as a member of the Provincial Assembly from Kathmandu-3 Province (B).
Congress candidate Thakuri obtained 10,617 votes within the counting of votes completed on Tuesday. His closest rival, UML candidate Rameshwar Phuyal, has secured 8,247 votes.
