Proportionally, UML and Congress received 100,000 votes, UML’s 17 thousand extra

November 6, Kathmandu. The votes acquired by CPN-UML and Nepali Congress for the proportional system of the House of Representatives have exceeded one lakh.

CPN-UML bought 1 lakh 17 thousand 776 votes whereas Nepali Congress bought 1 lakh 677 votes. The Rashtriya Swatantra Party within the third place bought 50,814 votes and the Maoist Center within the fourth place bought 44,958 votes.

The Rashtriya Prajatantra Party within the fifth place bought 28 thousand 328 votes, the Janata Samajwadi Party bought 9 thousand 344 votes and the Janmat Party bought 8 thousand 701 votes. According to Election Commission, Nepal Labor Farmers Party bought 6 thousand 905 votes, Civil Liberation Party bought 6 thousand 397 votes and CPN Unified Samajwadi Party bought 5 thousand 697 votes.
