November 8, Bara. Sharda Shankar Kalwar, an independent candidate, has been re-elected as a member of the state assembly from Bara space no.2 (a).
Kalwar obtained 9 thousand 295 votes whereas his nearest rival Balbir Chaudhary of Jaspa UML alliance obtained 6 thousand 867 votes.
Earlier, he was elected as a member of the state meeting from Jaspa.
