UML candidate LP Sanwa Limbu got here forward on Tuesday morning, overtaking Dhakal, who has been main for the reason that counting of votes.
Dhakal received 4 thousand 170 votes whereas Sanwa received 4 thousand 204 votes.
Deuman Thebe, the candidate of the ruling coalition, received 2,467 votes.
