5 November, Baitadi. 3 folks have been killed when a jeep carrying a policeman who was getting back from delivering poll packing containers to Patan in Baitadi met with an accident. The condition of 9 folks is alarming.
A jeep accident occurred at a spot referred to as Thum in Patan municipality round 6:30 this morning. Chief District Officer Suresh Panthi mentioned that three folks died within the accident and the situation of 9 folks was ‘extraordinarily worrying’. Preparations are being made to ship the injured to Kohalpur by helicopter.
There have been 12 folks within the jeep. The jeep fell down about 200 meters from the street.
