7 November, Gorkha. Krishna Prasad Dhital of CPN Maoist Center has gained in Gorkha Region No. 1 State Assembly (1).
Dhital, who contested from the ability alliance, defeated Surendra Bahadur Thapa of CPN-UML.
While Dhital acquired 15,457 votes, his rival UML’s Thapa acquired 9,822 votes.
