Dhanraj rising vote margin in Syangja 2

15 November, Kathmandu. Nepali Congress candidate Dhanraj Gurung has maintained his lead within the counting of votes on Syangja 2. He has acquired 6,625 votes as of Thursday afternoon.

Aryal obtained 4 thousand 933 votes as a candidate of CPN-UML. The distinction between them is 1692. Earlier, Dhanraj was main by 1300 votes within the public vote outcomes at 12.30 midday on Thursday.

Similarly, Tikaraj Gurung, the candidate of the National Independent Party, obtained 1,875 votes.

After the polling on 4th November, CPN-UML submitted a petition to the Election Commission demanding re-polling, claiming that it was rigged. The counting of votes began on Wednesday evening after the Commission determined to not re-vote on Wednesday after 12 days.
