7 November, Dhangadhi. The CPN Maoist Center has opened an account in Far Western Province. Man Bahadur Dhami of the Maoist Center has gained within the state meeting (2) of Darchula.
Dhami, who can also be the Minister of Industry, Tourism, Forestry and Environment of Sudurpaschim Province, gained with 13,171 votes. His rival, Ram Dutt Joshi of CPN-UML has obtained 11,856 votes.
Dhami gained from this space within the 2074 elections with the assist of the Left Alliance. This time he was supported by Nepali Congress and CPN United Socialist Party.
