4 November, Morang. Voting has been postponed in a polling station in Morang after a riot broke out contained in the polling station at Budhiganga in Morang.
Voting has been postponed at Karaiya Devisthan Center situated in Budhiganga Rural Municipality-1. There was a loud explosion inside the middle whereas the voters had been voting within the queue.
With the sound of the explosion, there was a stampede among the many voters. Chief District Officer Kashiraj Dahal knowledgeable that voting was postponed after the voters ran away panicking that the bomb had been blasted.
Necessary preparations are being made to renew voting there.
