7 November, Solukhumbu. Vuddhikumar Rajbhandari of CPN-UML has been elected in Solukhumbu State Assembly Constituency-1. Rajbhandari was elected by defeating CPN Maoist Center candidate Shiv Bahadur Basnet.
Rajbhandari bought 10 thousand 128 votes and Basnet bought 6 thousand 815 votes. There is a distinction of three thousand 313 votes between these two. Rajbhandari was additionally elected within the 2074 election. He carried out the duties of Chief Whip of CPN-UML Province 1 Parliamentary Party.
