7 November, Banke. CPN-UML Secretary Ratna Khatri has gained from Banke-3 (A).
According to the Office of the Election Commissioner, he defeated former state minister Dal Bahadur Sunar by getting 13,158 votes.
His closest rival, Sunar, has bought 11,464 votes.
IP Kharel, the official candidate of the CPN-Maoist Center, bought 1,995 votes.
