The mayor of Cebreros (Ávila), Pedro Muñoz, of the PSOE, has thought of the selection of Seville because the headquarters of the Spanish Space Agency to be a “teasing of emptied Spain”, to which the city of Avila, which homes an antenna, opted house.
According to Muñoz, the choice of the Council of Ministers “doesn’t reply to the spirit of the decree authorized on the time”, which highlighted the intention to “decentralize organizations in favor of much less populated areas.”
The mayor of Cebreros was a deputy for the Socialist Group from 2004 to 2019 and considers that the Government’s settlement means “the exact opposite of what was introduced.”
