10 November, Saptari. Tejulal Chaudhary of the Nepali Congress has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Saptari Constituency No. 4. Chaudhary was elected for the third time from this constituency.
Chaudhary gained with 23 thousand 491 votes. His closest competitor, Balkishore Yadav, candidate of the Janata Samajwadi Party, obtained 17,877 votes.
After being elected as a member of the Constituent Assembly in 2070, Chaudhary gained the second time within the 2074 election.
