It is reported that the Indian Cricket Board has filed a case against cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane requesting that he be sentenced to a minimum of 12 years in prison.
On Tuesday, the government lawyer filed a case against Lamichhane in the district court of Kathmandu.
As soon as Lamichhane arrived in Nepal, he was arrested for an investigation following the accusation of rape by a 17-year-old girl.
