November 1, Kathmandu. Premier Insurance Company has proposed a dividend. The assembly of the corporate‘s board of directors held on Wednesday, October 30 proposed a dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the earnings of the financial yr 2078/79.
The firm has proposed to distribute a complete of 15% dividend to the shareholders of the present paid-up capital of Rs. Out of which 5 % bonus shares and 10 % money dividend shall be distributed, the corporate mentioned.
The proposed dividend of the corporate shall be distributed to the shareholders after the approval of the Nepal Insurance Authority and the passing of the following annual common assembly.
