November 9, Kathmandu. Taranarayan Shrestha of the Maoist Center has been elected as a provincial assembly member from Ramechhap.
Shrestha defeated UML’s Shanti Poudel and was elected as a provincial meeting member from Ramechhap 1(1).
Shrestha obtained 17 thousand 148 votes whereas UML’s Paudel obtained 15 thousand 157 votes.
