At the Palacio de Linares, headquarters of Casa de América, Olona formally launched his new platform after months of uncertainty wherein he had not disappeared from the general public scene, with a spherical of conferences or journeys to Latin America, particularly Panama, the place it has already inaugurated a headquarters as a “hyperlink” between Spain and Latin America.
