November 6, Kathmandu. In Kathmandu-5, Pradeep Paudel of Nepali Congress has gained 2538 votes with UML candidate Ishwar Pokharel.
When 24 thousand 900 votes have been counted until Tuesday afternoon, Paudel received 8 thousand 220 votes whereas UML senior vp Pokharel received 5 thousand 682 votes.
Similarly, the candidate of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party, Pranayashamsher Rana, received 2,945 votes and Ram Prasad Upreti of RPP received 1,760 votes. Ranju Darshana, who ran as an impartial candidate, received 271 votes.
