5 November, Chitwan. Vishwa Paudel of Nepali Congress has made a lead in Chitwan-1. When 500 votes have been counted, Paudel took the lead with 201 votes.
He is being followed by Hari Dhakal of the National Independent Party. Dhakal bought 139 votes whereas UML’s Surendra Pandey bought 129 votes.
