Congress General Minister Gagan Kumar Thapa elevated his lead by 410 votes.
While Thapa acquired 1,357 votes, CPN-UML’s Rajan Bhattarai acquired 947 votes.
The counting of votes for Kathmandu 4 is continuing on the Senior Citizens Building in Budhanilkanth Municipality-2 Chapali.
