13 November, Kathmandu. CPN General Secretary Netra Vikram Chand Biplav has stated that the time has come for all communists of Nepal to unite.
While giving a video assertion on the final election, General Secretary Biplav stated that each one those that have fought in favor of revolution and alter because the Jhapa Rebellion, individuals’s conflict, needs to be united.
