This has been pronounced after the Plenary of the TC has agreed to urgently droop the parliamentary processing, already within the Senate, of the 2 amendments by which the system of election and arrival of the 2 candidates to the TC appointed by the General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ), thus admitting the very precautionary measures requested by the PP in its attraction towards stated amendments.
