10 November, Doti. Dig Bahadur Limbu of Nepali Congress has been elected to the House of Representatives from Morang-1.
He defeated CPN-UML candidate Ghanshyam Khatiwada. Dig Bahadur received 27 thousand 297 votes and Khatiwada received 26 thousand 867 votes.
