Dhanraj Gurung of Congress is definite to win in Syangja 2

17 November, Kathmandu. Nepali Congress candidate Dhanraj Gurung has been confirmed as a member of the House of Representatives from Syangja 2.

Dhanraj is forward of UML candidate Padma Aryal by 5,766 votes when 68,508 votes had been counted out of 70,091 votes solid.

Congress candidate Dhanraj obtained 30 thousand 969 votes whereas Padma obtained 25 thousand 203 votes. Similarly, Tikaraj Gurung of the National Independent Party obtained 8 thousand 18 votes.

Congress candidates have maintained their lead in State Assembly 2 as properly. Mahesh Bhattarai of Congress obtained 18 thousand 378 votes whereas Wuddhiman Shrestha of UML obtained 16 thousand 243 votes.
