5 November, Gorkha. Counting of Gorkha Constituency Number-2 has started. Electoral Officer Narad Prasad Bhattarai stated that the counting of votes was began after an all-party assembly was held on Monday night.
Counting of votes has began within the election officer’s workplace at Bhuthatha Watershed Management Office in Gorkha Municipality Ward No. 9 Dalbhanjang.
“We have opened 6 ballots at a time,” he stated.
He knowledgeable that the direct and proportional votes of the House of Representatives and the Provincial Assembly had been counted on the similar time. 53 thousand 978 votes have fallen in Gorkha region-2.
