10 November, Butwal. Tulsi Prasad Chaudhary of CPN-UML has gained within the State Assembly (2) of Rupandehi Representative Assembly Constituency 3.
Chaudhary gained by defeating Ramchandra Dhakal of Nepali Congress by a slim margin of 201 votes.
Chaudhary of UML obtained 16 thousand 394 votes whereas Dhakal of Congress obtained 16 thousand 193 votes.
Santosh Pandey of LOSPA has been elected in Rupandehi 3 (1).
