Carlos García Juliá, an ultra-rightist sentenced to 193 years in jail for the homicide of 5 labor attorneys, and 4 different tried murders, within the workplace on Calle Atocha in Madrid on January 24, 1977, is the candidate for mayor of Bilbao for Spanish Phalanx of the JONS.
