Congratulating 9 MPs of Kathmandu by means of social media, Balen stated that the metropolis is raring to cooperate. He has put photos of MPs elected from all areas besides Kathmandu 10. Kathmandu Constituency No. 10 doesn’t embody any ward of Kathmandu metropolis.
