Aragonès defends a constitutional reform to make an agreed referendum in Catalonia

The president of the Generalitat, Pere Aragonès, has proposed this Friday a reform of the Constitution to make it potential to carry a referendum on self-determination agreed with the Government in Catalonia. “If the issue is the reform of the Constitution and it isn’t the political will, let’s deal with it,” he pressured in an interview on Cadena Ser the place he insisted on his willingness to agree on a referendum with the Government.
