Addressing the election assembly held at Tiwari Bhanjyang in Bhojpur, Prachanda mentioned that he would pay the debt by making Sudan Kirati a minister. ‘I’ve to pay an outdated debt to Sudanji. DSP Chhetri says, ‘We have arrested the accused and are investigating.’ Suman is from Charambi in Bhojpur. His leg was injured when the ‘ID bomb’ he was carrying fell.
