A lady from Girona has managed to avoid wasting the hen coop that she has had in her home for greater than 30 years after a criticism filed by a neighbor, when the Generalitat considers that her three chickens and a duck are pets, the consistory has reported.
Montserrat Agell lives within the Montjuïc neighborhood of Girona and in September 2022 she obtained a notification from town council informing her that she needed to take away the animals, after a neighbor filed a criticism with the consistory.
Environmental brokers inspected the house and urged Agell to take away the animals since they may not be on city land, and to current documentary proof of the ultimate vacation spot of the birds.
The proprietor appealed the City Council’s determination.
But Agell didn’t wish to eliminate the animals and filed an attraction with the Generalitat, by which he once more requested to maintain them at house.
He needed to show that the eggs of the chickens are solely consumed within the household setting and that no advantages are obtained from them.
