November 4, Kathmandu. The Election Commission has stated that 32 % of the votes have fallen by 12:45 pm.
Speaking at a press conference on Sunday afternoon, Shaligram Sharma Poudel, spokesperson of the commission, knowledgeable that the preliminary estimate was that 32 % of the votes had fallen.
He stated that on this election, the quantity of people that voted within the morning was much less. “Possible due to the chilly, there are fewer votes within the morning, there isn’t any queue in Kathmandu within the morning, the gang solely will increase after 10/11 am,” stated spokesperson Paudel.
