The National Police have arrested an underage boy for allegedly touching a classmate, sexually assaulting her and recording it. In a press launch, the Higher Headquarters of the Balearic Islands defined that the arrest happened on the finish of December.
As they’ve added, in the midst of the month, the Family and Women Unit (UFAM) discovered of a sexual assault on a woman, a minor, who reported the information. The youngest reported that she had maintained a pleasant relationship with a boy, a classmate and that, little by little, led to a sentimental relationship, till there was no downside.
Later, the 2 entered a group room in a constructing and have been chatting till at one level, the boy started to the touch her, though the minor refused and advised him that she didn’t wish to.
However, the younger man forcefully grabbed her arms and subsequently sexually assaulted her. The sufferer tried to get away, with out success, whereas the boy got here to file a part of the assault together with his cell phone. After assaulting her, he advised her that he could not inform something about her.
UFAM opened an investigation to make clear the information and arrested the minor because the alleged perpetrator of a criminal offense of sexual assault.
