Live: Sánchez seems after the ruling of the Constitutional Court

The Plenary of the Constitutional Court (TC) agreed late on Monday, by 6 votes to five, to urgently droop the parliamentary course of, already within the Senate, of the 2 amendments that modify the election and arrival system of the 2 candidates for the Constitutional Court, appointed by the General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ), thus admitting the very precautionary measures requested by the PP in its attraction towards stated amendments.

The Minister of the Presidency, Félix Bolaños, already made a primary evaluation of the ruling final night time, assuring that the Government will abide by it, though he warned that the legislation doesn’t give the Constitutional Court the potential of paralyzing parliamentary exercise.
