Kancharam of Congress received in Ramechhap by a large margin

11 November, Ramechhap. Purna Bahadur Tamang (Kancharam) of the Nepali Congress has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Ramechhap.

Kancharam received by defeating Kailash Prasad Dhungel of CPN-UML with a large margin of 16 thousand 369 votes.

There had been 180 thousand 106 voters in Ramechhap, 88 thousand 680 votes had been forged. Out of that 83 thousand 899 votes had been accepted, Kancharam bought 47 thousand 99 votes whereas UML’s Dhungel bought 30 thousand 730 votes.

Similarly, Taranarayan Shrestha, the candidate of the Maoist Center, has received within the Provincial Assembly (1). Shrestha bought 17 thousand 148 votes. His rival Shanti Poudel of UML bought 15 thousand 157 votes. Shrestha defeated Poudel by a margin of 1,991 votes.

Yuvraj Choulagain, a member of the Maoist Center’s Politburo, defeated Milan Kumar Ghisingh within the UML within the Provincial Assembly (2) as effectively.

Chaulagai bought 21 thousand 239 votes whereas Ghising bought 17 thousand 413 votes.

This time, 4 thousand 781 votes of the votes forged in Ramechhap have been invalidated.
