10 November, Kathmandu. Subaschandra Nemwang of CPN-UML has narrowly trailed Dambar Bahadur Khadka of Nepali Congress in Elam Representative Assembly Constituency No. 2. Khadka trailed him by 16 votes.
While Khadka acquired 28 thousand 486 votes, Nemwang acquired 28 thousand 470 votes.
