10 November, Kathmandu. Surendra Raj Acharya of Nepali Congress has been elected in Kapilvastu Constituency No. 2.
Acharya defeated UML’s Brijesh Gupta. While he received with 39 thousand 14 votes, Gupta who was defeated obtained 38 thousand 697 votes.
Similarly, RPP’s Savita Sharma obtained 1574 votes and Democratic Samajwadi Party’s Akbal Ahmat Shah obtained 1123 votes.
