9 November, Rupandehi. CPN-UML candidate Bishnu Prasad Paudel has been elected from Rupandehi-2.
Paudel was elected by defeating the National Independent Party candidate Ganesh Paudel by a margin of 1,366 votes.
Bishnu Paudel acquired 27 thousand 148 votes whereas Ganesh Paudel of Rashtriya Swatantra Party acquired 25 thousand 782 votes.
Similarly, Keshab Suryavanshi of the Rashtriya Janamukti Party, which received the help of the ability coalition, acquired 22 thousand 10 votes and the independent candidate acquired 1 thousand 29 votes.
A complete of 81 thousand 202 votes had been forged in Rupandehi-2.
