9 November, Palpa. CPN-UML candidate Narayan Prasad Acharya has been elected to the House of Representatives from Palpa Constituency-1.
Acharya was elected after defeating Congress candidate Gyan Bahadur Gaha by a margin of 10,847 votes.
Acharya acquired 31 thousand 103 votes whereas Congress’ Gaha acquired 20 thousand 256 votes, according to the election officer’s workplace.
Palpa Area No. 58 thousand 491 fell on 1st.
