Fashion designer Paco Rabanne dies at 88

The Gipuzkoan clothier Paco Rabanne has died on the age of 88 at his residence within the city of Portstall, in Finisterre, as reported by the newspaper Le Télégramme.

Francisco “Paco” Rabaneda y Cuervo, higher often known as Paco Rabanne, was born in San Sebastián in 1934.

He was an internationally famend trend and jewellery designer, recognized for his modern use of unconventional supplies within the creation of his clothes and accessories.

He started his profession in Paris within the Nineteen Sixties and shortly gained fame for his revolutionary method to trend.

He designed for celebrities like Jane Birkin and Brigitte Bardot and collaborated with manufacturers like Chanel and Hermes.
