“We have contracts, as I reported, with the Ministry of Defence, the civil sector, GTLK (State Transport Leasing Company) and different corporations… This is relating to helicopters. And relating to plane, we’ve got all the pieces in his place. (…) Everything is prepared”, mentioned Manturov visibly nervous, as may be seen within the video.

The Russian president would reply angrily: “You have all the pieces prepared, however there aren’t any contracts. Let’s finish this assembly now. Why trouble? I do know there aren’t any contracts in corporations, the administrators informed me.” And then he added: “Why do you play the idiot? When will there be contracts? That’s what I’m saying. The administrators of corporations inform me that there aren’t any contracts. And you say that all the pieces is prepared.”
